Meetings

Membership Meetings

We meet the third Thursday of each month (except August) at the Squamish Arts Council building on Cleveland Avenue, Downtown Squamish (across from the August Jack hotel, between Victoria & Main Streets), at 7-9pm. All members and guests are welcome to attend.

Board Meetings

From time to time the members of the Board convene to discuss issues related to strategic direction of the Society and key projects.
Agendas: Agendas for membership meetings are prepared in advance and circulated to members who indicate an interest in receiving agendas. Members are encouraged to bring forward agenda items and ideas (contact the President) and guests are welcome.

Email discussions

STS members communicate by email about work parties, weigh in on advocacy issues, share ideas, etc. This is one of the many benefits of membership!
